Being a lifelong monohull sailor I'm still learning how to best sail a Weta, especially off the wind! That said, my number one focus is keeping boat speed. Start on a beam reach, just as you would in higher winds. As you build speed, head down. When you start to slow, head back up. Repeat. Try to keep your course changes smooth.
