About the Event
Eugene Yacht Club's Live on the Edge regatta , in it's 20th year, is dedicated to multihull sailing. Located on the shores of Fern Ridge Reservoir, the lake’s reliable winds, uncrowded waters, and natural beauty makes it one of the top sailboat racing venues around. Out of town sailors can come early and participate in club racing, Thursday evening, June 5th, get a feel for the lake, and enjoy a burger after the race at Buck-A-Burger. Start groups are determined based on entries. In past years we have had these start groups: Hobie 14, Hobie 16, Prindle 16, A-Cat, Portsmouth<70, Portsmouth ≥70, Weta, Trimarans. This year's race will also serve as the Weta West Coast Championship
